The brand emphasizes a healthier lifestyle choice — offering nostalgic favorites like lemonade and iced tea with no sugar and minimal calories — with the aim of reducing overall sugar consumption.
Swoon approached us with multiple goals including improving site performance, user experience, conversion rate as well as optimizing the overall functionality to maximize their ROI.
By digging into their Shopify theme 2.0, a punchlist was quickly created and executed to improve the site’s performance. Additionally, new theme updates within the UX improved the client experience and streamlined the path-to-purchase.
One particularly cool feature of the Swoon website is their checkout experience. It allows users to add products to their cart and seamlessly checkout, remembering their selection as they arrive on Amazon to place their order. This feature not only enhances the user experience but also helps leverage Amazon’s fulfillment network when selling direct-to-consumer.
With performance and UX optimization, the site now provides a better browsing experience for users on smaller devices such as smartphones and tablets. Bringing maximum impact to their D2C audience as they shop online for the great products they see on shelves in chain stores such as Target, Whole Foods and Kroger.
